Ongoing SEO and AI visibility is optional, and priced separately from £497 a month. It is not part of any build package and you are not asked to commit to it. Plenty of practices take a website and nothing else. See the three retainers.
Prices are starting points. We give you a fixed number in writing before any work starts, and it does not move unless you ask for something that was not in the brief.

Pricing questions
Is the £50 a month care plan on top of the build price?
Yes. The build price is a one-off and the care plan is £50 a month from launch onwards, charged separately. So a Practice Starter site is £1,450 once, then £50 a month. It covers domain registration and management, hosting and hosting management, software and technical updates, one free minor change each year, and one professional email mailbox. Cancel any time with 30 days notice.
Is SEO included in the build price?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. Every build is structured for search and for AI citation, which is different from running an ongoing campaign. Ongoing SEO and AI visibility is a separate optional retainer from £497 a month, in three tiers, with no contract. Plenty of practices take a website and nothing else.
What makes a build cost more than the starting price?
Page count first, then integrations. A five page site for a sole practitioner with no integrations lands at the bottom of the Starter range. A twelve page site with TaxDome, GoProposal and three location pages lands mid-Growth. Migration with a redirect map, multi-office structure and large location clusters push it towards Authority.
Do you charge VAT?
Prices shown exclude VAT where VAT applies. Your written quote will state the position clearly before you commit to anything.
How do payments work?
Fifty per cent to start, fifty per cent on launch, by bank transfer. The care plan starts on the launch date and is billed monthly.
What if we want to leave?
You own the domain, the content and the code. Cancel the care plan with 30 days notice and we hand over the files and help you move. There is no exit fee and no proprietary platform holding your site hostage.
Do you do payment plans?
For Growth and Authority builds we can spread the balance over the build period. Ask in your enquiry and we will put the options in the written quote.
Everything above is governed by our terms of business, published in full. Two rounds of changes in every package, copyright to you on final payment, rolling monthly on the care plan and the retainer, and your domain transferred free if you leave.
