Six steps, and not one of them is a meeting
We work in writing by default. It is faster for you, it leaves a record you can forward to a partner, and it means nothing waits on a diary. If you would rather talk something through we will book a call, but nothing here requires one.
You send the brief
By email or WhatsApp, in your own time. Which direction felt closest, who you want more of, what you charge, which software you run, which body supervises you. No meeting, no diary tennis.
We come back with a plan
A fixed price, a page-by-page plan and a launch date, in writing. If we think a smaller package would do the job, we will say so before you have paid anything.
We write every page
From your brief, in your voice. You are not sent a blank content template. You review the copy in writing and we revise it.
Design and build
Custom design, no theme, built static so it is fast by construction. Your portal, quoting and booking tools connected and tested against your real accounts.
Compliance check
Every page reviewed against the ICAEW Code of Ethics and the ACCA Rulebook before it goes anywhere near live, so your compliance partner gets a clean review.
Live, and handed over
DNS, HTTPS, Search Console, Analytics, sitemap, Google Business Profile. A written handover guide instead of a call. The care plan starts here.
That is the whole process.Step one takes about a minute. Send us four details and we will come back with a plan and a price.
Three reasons this works better than meetings
It is faster. A written brief takes you twenty minutes at a time that suits you. A kick-off call takes an hour of your day plus the diary negotiation to arrange it, and produces a worse record.
It is checkable. Everything we agree exists as text. Nobody is relying on what they think was said, and a partner who was not in the room can read the whole thing in five minutes.
It respects January. Accountancy has seasons, and the worst possible time to ask a practice owner for an hour is the fortnight before the self assessment deadline. A process built on written exchanges survives your busy period. One built on meetings does not.
Process questions
Why is there no kick-off call?
Because it is slower for you and it produces a worse brief. A call gets you an hour of talking and someone's notes. A written brief gets you a document both sides can check, and a partner who was not there can read it. If you would rather talk, we will book a call, but the process does not need one.
What do you need from us to start?
Which of the example directions felt closest, or a site you like. Who you want more of. What you charge. Which software you run. Which body supervises you. That is genuinely it, and most practices send it in one email.
What happens if we are slow to reply?
The dates move, and we will tell you rather than quietly slipping. The timelines assume sign-off within three working days at each stage. If a partner is away for a fortnight mid-build, we will reforecast the launch date in writing.
How many rounds of changes do we get?
Two, in every package. In practice most firms use one and a half. If you need a third because something material changed, we would rather do it than launch a site you are not happy with.
Can we see it before it goes live?
Yes. You review the copy before design, and the built site on a preview URL before launch. Nothing goes live without you saying so.
What happens on launch day?
We point the DNS, enable HTTPS, submit the sitemap, connect Search Console and Analytics, and set up or update your Google Business Profile. You get a written handover guide covering how to add news, change text and check your enquiries.
